Plaintiff's motion seeking (a) an order under Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) directing the United States Marshals Service to serve the summons and operative Third Amended Complaint upon Defendant Trump in his individual capacity, and (b) a finding that Plaintiff has effected individual-capacity service upon Defendants Johnson, Bondi, and Carr by certified mail with signed United States Postal Service return receipts.
